Athlete 2.0 is a Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) program developed by the Chicago Fire Soccer Club for youth athletes of all levels and sports. Classes consist of rapid, high-intensity drills which accelerate/decelerate the athlete forward, backward, and side-to-side. SAQ improves balance, power, spatial awareness, response time, AND even helps prevent major knee and joint injuries.
Athlete 2.0 classes run at Fire House Fitness – a state of the art workout facility located at CIBC Fire Pitch. Each class will be led by a trainer with years of SAQ-specific experience (see below).
Whether it’s jumping from JV to Varsity or from high school to college, this program is all about helping young athletes get to their next level.
